IT Business Development & Account Manager - Auckland

The Elite Team has earned a healthy reputation as a team that works with a high level of skill, character and flair, providing proactive support and service ensuring that our solution is the right fit for the current and future requirements of our customers.

We are looking for a person experienced in IT Sales – including business development and account management - to join this growing team in our Auckland office.  You will work with a small base of well-established Elite customers on a regular basis, and also build and develop a pipeline of opportunities, identifying new customers in the Auckland region, by promoting Elite's comprehensive array of IT solutions.

What business experience will you have?

  • Proven successful business development and sales experience in complex IT solution sales
  • A proven ability to establish rapport and build relationships across all levels of an organisation across a diverse range of business sectors
  • A strong understanding that drive, enthusiasm and tenacity are the keys to seeking out and developing new business, at the same time as maintaining and growing your existing customers by building strong relationships
  • Extensive business to business sales experience in the IT industry in NZ
  • A successful track record of business development and account management
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and a proven sales aptitude
