About the Role
As an integral part of our Tauranga team, you will provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, while also managing your own portfolio of key IT accounts. You will act as a bridge between our clients’ needs and our technology solutions, ensuring a seamless service delivery that aligns with our high standards of excellence.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide the Tauranga-based sales team and administration team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and driving success.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering excellent IT solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand our client base, and enhance revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure product and service delivery excellence, aligning with client expectations and company standards.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

  • A seasoned professional with a proven track record in Sales and IT Account Management, particularly within the IT and Document Solutions industries.
  • Proven leadership capability and exceptional people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the Sales Team to be strong, cohesive, and high performing – ensuring delivery of an excellent client experience.
  • Technologically savvy, with a comprehensive understanding of the technology solutions landscape.
  • Highly skilled in client relationship management, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Job Prerequisites

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership and IT account management.
  • A strong background in technology, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You must hold a full New Zealand Driver’s License.
  • You must reside in the Tauranga area or be willing to relocate.
  • You must be a NZ citizen or have a current NZ residence visa.
  • You must have excellent English communications skills both in written and verbal.
